A rep. From National Restoration Services came to my home and told me that I had storm damage on my home (aluminum siding) in March 04.in April a different rep. From the same Co. Came to my home with a contract to do the work. I gave him a check for $2336.04 as a down payment for the work which according to the contract was to be completed within 6 wks. After numerous calls and broken promises from a number of people at the Co. I finally cancelled the work for breach of contract in July 04.
I never received anything back from them and my calls to several of their locations went unanswered.
In Aug. 04 I went to small claims court in Illinois and a "Judgement" was made by the judicial system against them.
I also made a report to the Attorney General of Illinois "Lisa Madigan". She has sent them notices to refund my money but to no avail - They do not respond.
I do know that "National Restoration Services" and several other companies that are operating in Illinois and other states are all owned by" Richard Pirozzi " 6907 Soldmans Island Rd.
