Continually emailing saying they cannot get in touch with you, keep resetting contact information on the account and then when you change it, the company goes back in and resets it to what you do not want. I've had the card 15+ years, I own the domain name to my email which has not changed in 20+ years but I am continually emailed that they do not have current contact information for me. I'm not changing it, so what is wrong with their systems? I swear they are doing it so you switch from e-Statements to mail, so they can thn not send it to you and garner late fees from you.
