I ordered a cosplay dress from Waltzmart over 3 weeks ago. I paid for 5 day shipping. I have yet to receive the dress or my money back. I have made multiple attempts at contacting this company and nobody ever answers the phone. I have tried calling the company over 20 times and receive the same automated message. I have even written over 15 emails to the company and they have yet to respond. Hopefully i can find a way to get my money back. Beware of this company.
