Waited an hour to get a freezer loaded into our truck. We were told they will come and find your vehicle when they've found your appliance in the back. Apparently someone called our name in the back which we didn't hear bacause we were told they would come to our vehicle. But we were the only truck of that make in the parking lot (they know what vehicle you drive) parked right in front of the loading bay and the didn't have the courtacy to let us know our pickup was ready. So they just moved on down the list. Poor customer service! Will never shop there again!
