Today my son and I shopped at the Dick's sporting goods store in Cincinnati Ohio, Kenwood location. I received a reciept saying to log onto www.DicksSportingGoods.com/feedback, and there is no such site. I am disappointed for the sales person and myself. (coupon says I will received a $10 coupon). The sales persons name was Tim. I just wanted to state that this person's attitude and help was fabulous. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Dicks is lucky to have him.
