Didnt use the wyndtell pager lately

I had been told them that I am not using the wyndtell pager not really much lately... They are keeping to charge me for that too much... I got the billing statement it said I owe them for $151.00 I think its wrong billing amt... I already paid $105.00 last month ago... Why they charged me too much for $151.00... They charged me $34.95 service...
