I am from South Africa & on the 19 July purchased a pair of shoes from Wilsons Leather outlet, Las Vegas, USA.
I put the shoes on the following day and before I had even got to the exit door of the hotel I am staying in, the shoes broke. I then spent $30 in taxi fare to go back to the store today the 22 July and i was told that because i had actually worn the shoes for A few minutes they could not be replaced or refunded.
Not only is this disgusting, but how else would the shoes had broken other than being worn!!!
If this is how stores in the USA treat International clients then i am disgusted in the service your retail outlets are giving clients.
I most definately will never refer any clients to your stors or the Premium Outlets ever again if this is the prtocol with stores in your shopping centres.
I would have expected at least a replacement pair of shoes to say the least.
I would appreciate feedback from the store urgently. I will be at the Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas until the 27 July Room 18026
