Why does Wal Mart carry Trac phone from a company that has useless customer service?
I bought 2 trac phones from Wal mart and was doing great untill i called trac phone and now i have one that works and one that is useless. Two weeks calling and i have been given every excuse in the book. Finally i was told my phone was to old. Funny it was working untill i got off the phone with your customer service!
