Why does Wal Mart carry Trac phone from a company that has useless customer service?
I bought 2 trac phones from Wal mart and was doing great until I called trac phone and now I have one that works and one that is useless. Two weeks calling and I have been given every excuse in the book. Finally I was told my phone was too old. Funny it was working until I got off the phone with your customer service!
