I was looking for a nice nfl zippo lighter for my boyfriend last Christmas. I typed in nfl zippos.com and rockinplanet.com was the sight I chose to order the lighter. I picked out my lighter and payed by credit card.
I waited a week or so for it to come by mail. It never came. I tried to call them and the number said it has been disconnected... No new information. So. I found an email address, sent them an email of what I ordered, the cost, descrition of the items. Like three days later someone by the name of Jennifer sent me an email back and said she couldnt find any order on it. Asked me to send her more info. Like the name on account and address.
I did what I was told and was sent an email back from them stating it they were sorry. It was on back order. I would receive it in at least 2 weeks. So I waited. And waited. Never came. I decided to send another email to them asking where it was. I wanted it. It was payed for. Well. To this day, it never came and they never emailed me back or offered my money back to me. It cost me almost $30.00 and I never received it.
Warning to anyone that wants to order lighters... Dont go through rockinplanet.com... They are a SCAM!!!
