Ordered a RC Transforma 3 from them on 12/15/04 for a Christmas gift for my little nephew. I paid $30 for express shipping for a total of $129.95. I have sent multiple E-mails and have tried calling to no avail. I wish I would've seen all the complaints here before ordering. Those of you who would like to organize something or if you already have as far as class action or small claims let me know I don't think a company should be able to get away with what they are doing to consumers. -kevin
