I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with their inability to keep their customers happy for longer than a day. I work for them as a Sales Lead manager in Ny. I have always saw myself as someone with a strong work ethic. Not with ALDO! I have never felt so unappreciated before in my life, and when you think you are doing a job well done, think again. Out comes the whip and you are treated like a useless person. Kind of ironic that instead of blaming their kindergarten shoe projects for their employees incapibility to be "complete, " meaning you sold a certain amount of shoecare, handbags, orders, sph, and IPT, the problem lies in you and only you. If you enjoy the incessant pressure put on by your DM or RM to have your numbers complete for each week to earn points for some unawarding, superfluous Club Elite program thats a vacation for all the top performers in the world, then I bow to you. Because a year of dealing with constant unsatisfied customers with returns of shoes that were ordered and shipped either used or just lack of appearance and quality has driven me out of this company once and for all. I'm free from working for a greedy company filled with scams. Hope I've helped. E
