We bought a microwave and induction oven from them. The induction oven was a floor model that started beeping once it was set up. Because there were no instructions with this floor model, there was no way to stop the beeping. Both appliances were returned, but there seemed to be an issue with refunding the credit card. After four days my husband called the store and asked to speak with a manager. All managers were too busy to speak with him and no one returned his calls. My husband then called your Corporate Office, Explained the situation, They put him on hold to speak with a manager, They hung up on him. WOW! Bad business methods. Not only did we buy our appliances from Home Depot, but we make sure to let all our family and friends know NOT to buy from HHGREGG!!!
