Ordered $100 mask and $250 costume. Sent email to check stock.
Recieved order confirmation telling me that order will be shipped directly from manufacturer. THEN received email in reply to my stock check request saying mask was not in stock.
Called directly for clarification. Was directly told by costumer service rep that yes, mask and costume will ship directly from manufacturer. Waited. Waited. Waited. Called back demanding shipping info. Was told I would be called back. Was not.instead, received email saying sorry, no mask. This was less than a week before Halloween now. Thanks a lot.
VERY deceptive. I was deliberately lied to by their customer service. They also provide you with a "drop dead" date when ordering. Either they ship by that date or they cancel the order. They violated this procedure (which THEY created) also.
$250 costume shipped. But got 2 left gloves - no right glove. Emailed them - they said they'd see what they can do. They have now stopped responding to my emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ended up getting my mask shipped from someone else 4 days before Halloween. Arrived in time! Stay away from costumeexpo.com & halloweenexpo.net. (Same company. See their phone #'s)
