Incomplete difective costume, would not credit all my purchase

I ordered a Batman costume that came incomplete and the mask was defective. You could not even see out of the eyes. I was told to send it back and they would give me a refund once the package was weighed. Everyone I have spoke to at this company ha been extremly rude and had no interest in helping me. I received a refund but only for part of my order. They charged me a restocking fee of $60 and said when they got the costume back it was not missing anything and someone tried it on and the mask fit fine. I have pictures of my huband in the costume and wanted to send it to them. They said they cannot receive attachments on there emails. I said I would mail the pictures and the customer service manager said I could but they would not refund the rest of my money no matter what. I asked if they had proof that the costume was not missing pieces and that the mask was fine but she said no and that thecostume had already been put back into inventory to be sold to someone else. So there is pretty much nothing I can do now. They have the costume and my money and do not have to give my money back or show any proof that the mask was not defective. How is that fair?
