On June 4 tried to puchase shoes at this store. Manager refused to accept my Visa card because it said, "Request Photo ID" in the signature space. Showed photo ID and told her that "Request Photo ID" was my signature. Still refused.
Now it gets UGLY! When asked for a business card she said that she did not have one. When asked for her name, explaining that I planned to make an executive complaint to corporate, she declined and ordered us out of her store or she would call security. Immediately she picked up the phone and proceeded to make a call (supposedly to security). After another attempt to explain that "Request Photo ID" was my signature, we departed peacefully. This woman has no business managing anything. She is rude and very insecure with her responsibility. Avoid the Loveland Outlet store...
