A couple of months ago, i recieved an email from cd earth saying that i can have their free cd offer, the only thing is to pay for the shipment fee of R13. I have done that and received 4 free CD's as per promise. Te following month however (April) they took R245 from my credit card without authorisation and in May thay have taken over R600 out of my bank account (credit card) still without me authorising it. This is illegal as I need to order something and transact before anyone can debit my account especially taking money from the credit card and the following amounts I do not know what are they for as I did not receive anything and I did not order anything. When you email them, they sent you one of those email saying that they are very busy and will get back to you in 24 hours. Well mine is going for about 3months now. How long is their 24 hours.
