On December 24th I called A Fantastic Sam's located in Louisville Ky to inquire about childrens haircut prices and the times they were closing for the day, so I could get my two young girls, ages 3 and 4 haircuts for christmas at grandmas. I was told the haircuts were $11 and they closed at 2 pm. So off we went, we got there at approximately 1:30 pm.
After waiting for a minute for someone to take our kids names, a lady came from around the sink area and asked what we wanted. I told her the girls needed a cut. She promptly told me that they were closing at 2pm and that there were other people ahead of us.
She told us we couldnt get haircuts for the girls. So needless to say we left angry.
This was the worst service we have received at any salon, ever.
