On 12/08 I went to this jewelry store to order a name plate for my daughters x-mas present. A lady by the name of judith helped me pick out what I wanted and I left a deposit of $100.00 I was told the necklace would be ready in 1 wk. Need less to say it was not ready until 12/21 (7:30pm). I went in the store with my credit card to get my nameplate but once I seen it I told the guy (I did not get his name) that I was not satisfied with the lettering because the Z was not made correctly. He took me to the manager and then the manager screamed at me and said that it was my fault and started to insault me verbaly. I was told to leave and I was not getting my deposit back or I could pay the balance and take the messed up necklace.
I choose to get the necklace so I paid the balance and I tried to see what they can do to make me a happy customer but that is when the manager screammed at me saying to the security guard"GET THIS PIECE OF * OUT OF MY STORE." I was so shocked and humiliated I left but could not believe that this had happened to me. Perhaps he thought because he was a big man and I was shopping by myself he could get away with this type of behavior. Please don't let him get away with this type of abuse.
