When I joined, they told me I couldn't because I had just gotten off of chemo therapy for Bladder Cancer. The girl then said, "I'm not suppose to, but I will sign you up anyway." I was then rushed into signing by telling me if I join now, they will lower the price. If I think it over, I would not get the lower price. I felt trapped and gave them my credit card.
I feel I should not have been allowed to join and they took advantage of a situation to favor their making a commission.
I have been in different weeks but I also have been out-of-town, so I couldn't make all of the meetings. Also, I live 30 miles away and with gas prices, I do not go in as often as I should have. But when I do go in, they say they'll talk to me next time and when that time comes, the next person to help you doesn't even read the notes from the counselor before.
It is a big ripoff and if I could sue them, I would.
