On November, A Dish Network technician broke my sliding glass door and took down the gutter on the rear of my house. His ladder slipped when he was about 4 feet up.
The door was replaced a week and a half later. The gutter is still down after nearly seven weeks.
I have made countless calls to the local service office and the 800-333-3474 number with no results. The e-mail contact addresses all come back unanswered or addressee unknown.
The customer service of this company is non-existent. I suggest that no one subscribe for any of their services and that those that have the service already discontinue that service.
