Friedmans Jewelry rip-off! Defective merchandise!

I purchased a 3 piece set (necklace ring and earrings) for my mom, she had the set for 17 days and the ring popped, I took it back to the store and the clerk would not replace it fix it or give me my money back... He didn't even apologize... Awful service for awful merchandise.
