I bought 2 flight experiences for xmas 2011 and have still not received my flight! I have complained more than once to Barefoot days but they keep asking for new dates and blaming the weather! 9 possible dates have now passed since xmas 2011. I am extremely unhappy and have requested a refund twice with no luck! I have checked forums and can see that this has happened to alot of people! I would be grateful if you would resolve this and arrange with barefootdays to repay my money before I go through consumer rights avenues.
