Ripoff took my money and never sent product will not return emails

I sent the company the money through paypal, they told me the product was on backorder just enough days so I could not file a claim through paypal and get my money back. The guys name was Mike. He now refuses to send product or return my money. I send him emails, and they are not returned. Do not do business with this company. I found them at Condochameleon.net. They are a RIPOFF.
