In July I ordered a third phone for my cell number. At that time I asked for Sprint to increase the number on minutes on my plan. I received the third phone line, and a very confusing bill for the following several months, but not understanding it, I paid them.
To make a long story short, Sprint never increased the minutes on my account, causing my bills to be high by useing "over my limit" of minutes.
When I called, was told they only credit for the current months bill, even though upon checking their records it is clearly stated back in July that I ordered the increase. They failed to do what I asked, and I am paying the price. Of course, I would love to cancel my service, but that also would cost me another $150 per phone. What's a person to do in this world of companies like Sprint with no integrity, and no follow through on their part of fulfilling a customers wishes?
