I had a cell phone contract with Sprint PCS for a couple of years and at the end of my contract period inquired (through 611) about adding another phone and more minutes.
The person told me that I had to get the phone at the store, so just do both there. I later decided to wait.
My next bill then had a higher charge for a plan with more minutes. When I called they said that I increased my minutes! I had never even used the minutes I had in the first place.
I called and spoke to several people and "supervisors" on many occasions. They refuse to admit that they made an error.
I cancelled my service and they now had the nerve to charge me a cancellation fee, saying that the new plan started a new contract!
They are still charging me over $140 and it's on my credit report.
STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT PCS. Their "valued" customers are really unvalued customers.
