I made the mistake of ordering the 90 day package for $59.95 plus $10.00/shipping of My Diet Patches on November 29. After waiting for my receipt for 24 hours (as "garuanteed" on the internet site) I was concerned that maybe I made a mistake. This led my to do some research and that is how I came across the consumer complaints.
After reading the all the complaints about the company I decided that I should probably cancel my order. I immediately sent an e-mail to [email protected] as suggested on this site. The response I got was sent by Ulises Reyes, stating that my order had already been shipped out. This was obviously a total lie because I live in the city adjacent to Tinley Park, IL and it is a week later and I still have not gotten the product. I also asked if I could return the product for a refund and I can see that is going to be a problem.
I then sent another e-mail directly to Ulises@hashenterprises (the return address from the original response) and requested that I get the receipt I had been waiting for and that no further orders (auto-shipping) would take place. He responded that this would be a one-time order, however did not send a receipt for my purchase. Still waiting on that one.
My third e-mail to Ulises was to let them know that since they obviously lied about shipping the product I wanted a refund immediately. I have not yet received a response. This dishonest, unethical, company should be out of business.
Please let me know what else I can do to not only get my money back, but help to see this business shut down.
