Well, my story nags at me every tax season.
2 years ago, I felt the need to send Gloria at Jackson Hewitt $24,000. Not sure why. Oh yea now I remember. I was going to start a franchise here in town, financial freedom Gloria kept reminding me.
Took the training they had to offer, I told them all week that I was not able to keep up, the teacher Ben said "don't worry, we will be there when you need help" right.
Well last year I struggled through the hiring 4 people off the street, that is what JH suggested I do, JH would support any questions, on-line support, simple software. Hmmm ok, I rented a office with the required frontage, 1 year contract, (I am still stuck with that).
Well after last tax season I threw in the towel, I can not go through that again this year. I have asked and asked for my money back, called corp, and Gloria, over and over, but nothing. I really think they sucker in anyone with money, give them no support. They don't care if you succeed or Not. What scammers.
