I dropped over 35k with this business so far. The initial franchise cost of 25k. Following that, there was BS training, software upgrades, and more BS training. Lisa, our local, regional sales rep has not returned any of my calls since she got money check. I have been trying to communicate via email, but that is so slow, but "the preferred line of communication" so they say. 18 months into this, I would not suggest anyone waste the money for Jackson Hewitt franchise, or support.
