I must have been one of the first victims of Jonathan Pryce at Executive Presence. My research did not produce the warnings that would have made me run away.
After 6 months of no fulfillment of their commitments, I requested my "Guaranteed Refund." I had comprehensive documentation of all my efforts through them and the dismal performance of their explanation of services. I believe this scared them into offering me two options.
1) My "Refund" net of services which came to $180 of the $3,600 fee and the signing of a Mutual Release Agreement that would allow them to sue me for $50,000 if I discussed our failed relationship with anyone.
2) A consulting agreement to open a satellite operation in Riverside.
In order to learn "the business" I spent 2 days observing their organization. This is when I became aware of the "scam" and recognized the mistake I had made in contracting their services.
I decided to let them keep their $180 refund and retain my freedom of speech. I then considered it an expensive lesson learned. Their website www.executive-presence.com is no longer active, so who knows what name they are operating under now.
