I ordered quite a bit of jewlery from this person. One item I'm having problems with, as it arrived without a chain and the chain was supposed to be included with the item. I've written them about this on three separate occassions, and I've never heard anything back from them at all... They say they guarantee their items or money back. But how in the world are you supposed to get in touch with them when they don't acknowledge your emails to complain.
