On June 9th I ordered a motorcycle chain (Tsubaki Omega S series O-ring chain 630x90 links).
On June 20th, I received the wrong chain (530). After some hassel, I sent back the chain on June 27th (they received on June 30th).
I called about once a week, and I finally found someone whom knew what was going on, and was going to send me my chain "Ron". About mid July, he promised that I would have my chain soon, and told me the he found the correct part number H18115492 and I should get it in a few days.
On August 1st, Ron told me that he would have the chain to me by Monday. On August 8th (Thursday), I called, and was told (by another man) that they will not send me the chain for the price I paid, and I can either cancel my order or pay more.
I was promised this item on multiple occasions, and at this point, I just want EXACTLY WHAT WAS PROMISED!
I have full documentation on the Website, Orders, returns, and all of my notes.
It will now cost me over $100 to order this from somewhere else, besides the fact that I have been unable to ride my bike all summer waiting for this part!
Do not fall victim as I have.
(I may get my money back, once I file a complaint with my bank on my Visa card, but that is not the point is it!)
