Integretel billed me, via Verizon phone bill, for accepting a collect call from a 'pay phone' in Lewes, Delaware. Impossible, because no one was home. Verizon refered me to Integretel.integretel rep insisted the charge was valid. I spoke to a supervisor and was offered a "50% discount" for the charge! HUH? 50% off for a fraudulant charge!!!
Great rip off... If you can't rip off the full charge then just give a 'em a break... A 50% discount on the rip off charge... A bargain rip off... The supervisor refused to delete the charge insisting that someone accepted the call. I emphatically stated no one was home at the time to accept such a call. Again, the supervisor refused to delete the charge, obnoxiousley insisting that someone accepted the call.
Maybe the dog answered the phone and took the call! What to do?
