I purchased an autographed photo from sportsmemorablia.com which was delivered damaged. Marisa Roman of customer service found a replacement in the warehouse the same day. The good replacement was shipped quickly. However, the second shipping didn't contain the return label for the original purchase. Marisa sent me the label via e-mail that day. She was polite, professional, personable, and fast! I wish all my communications with customer service representatives where as pleasant as Marisa.
