I went to pickup an online order that we called the store about prior to leaving, they gave us the dimensions of the box and told us to just give the order name upon arrival. When I got to the store twenty minutes later I was told my order was not in the computer. They asked for a confirmation number, which I provided, and still nothing. She told me "it must be at our other store" and insisted that we had made a mistake. She was extremely rude and had to customer relation skills at all! After about thirty minutes and nonsense and my blood pressure rising finally a more experienced worker came up took my name and pulled it up right away. After that they wheel the hundred and fifty pound swing set out on a cart.instead of having me pull around to the loading now we have to lift this into my truck! This is unbelievable and incompetent as it gets!
