Irresponsible to customers injury in store - taking responsibility

I was a customer in my local Wal Mart in Las Vegas. I was hit by a pallet jack the was being operated by an employee. The manager insisted I fill a incident report. The manager also insisted the employees that witnessed the accident fill one as well. Turns out after I had visited my doctors I now have a spine injury when I twisted away from the pallet jack that latched onto my ankle. I am without my husband because he had to go to a facility to be cared for as I can no lift him due to his bed bound state. I am hurting everyday all day. The insurance adjusted stated I mad it all up and nothing happened to me. I know they have video at the jewelry counter, I filled my report, I have a diagnosis from the MRI. They had the nerve to ask if I took pictures of the pallet jack. I stated I did not have lawsuit on the mind, so why would I take pictures? I reported them to OSHA and they will keep the complaint on record. That was an unsafe practice to hit a customer while I was just simply making my purchase at the jewelry counter. I feel that they have no problem taking money from consumers, but if you get hurt in their store they will try and shame you for something they were responsible for. Thanks kindly for reading my situation.
