I received my Verizon bill in the mail today, and there were miscellaneous charges on my bill again. My bill last month had $12.98 in extra charges to the United Kingdom on it and this month has $23.88 to England.
Here are the dates and times of the calls that I supposedly made to ENGLAND. The UK number is 442073358468.

Last month I called USBI and told them that I didn't make any calls. They told me they would credit the amount to my account within two billing cycles, and would put a block on my line so that it would not happen again. When I received my Verizon bill today they had credited the $12.98 but to my surprise there were more charges!
I called them again today and they just told me the same story; we will credit your bill and put a block on your line. Is this ever going to stop? If there is anything else that can be done I would greatly appreciate any information that could be provided.
I will keep this situation updated and let you know if there is anything on my next phone bill!!
