Mr. Dennis Brown is a big rip-off. Made a contract for home improvment, took $15,000.00 and left, never answered calls and haven't heard from him since. Found out his S.S. # and reported him to the IRS. Hope he is caught because he has to be stopped from being a fraud. Heard he also does business in Virginia.
