I'm really concerned. I ordered some merchandise four weeks ago and when I went to go visit their website, it is down. I have no way of contacting anyone and judging by the other posts here it wouldn't help anyway.
I ordered Christmas gifts and I'm very concerned that I will not receive them on time for the holidays.
Their website did state that orders could take 4-5 weeks, but I haven't heard from anyone with a status. It is just bad customer service. They make great products but really need to organize their customer service better.
