I made an online purchase for personalized address labels. My credit card was charged my order was submitted. I was sent a confirmation of my order.
I was never shipped anything, despite paying for the expidited shipping. I called twice a day at various times to the customer service number listed on their web site, only to get a recording saying that they appologize for the inconvience and to call again in an hour. I have received this recording everytime I have called over a 3 week period, consisting of over 25 calls.in addition to the calls I have sent an email requesting assistance to the e-mail address listed, once a day and have all of them archived.
This company seems to have no desire to actually do business, only stiff their "customers" with their promised products and take their money.
