Online order placed 2-1-12 for roses to be delivered to Saarbruecken, Germany. No email order confirmation was provided, at which point, I began attempts to contact company requesting order confirmation. Sent 5 emails over several days; the company never responded. Then I began attempting to call them at the phone number listed on their website. No answer, no recording. The flowers were not delivered and I have not rec'd any response from Floraqueen.
