In December I ordered and paid for two Lux De Ville handbags, I also paid for the shipment of these two handbags, upon delivery, only one handbag was received, they never shipped the second handbag claiming they were out of stock, yet still charging me for the postage and ordering of both bags. Most of my emails have gone unanswered for months, they eventually asked for my banking details-hopefully to refund me, this has still not happened, after publicly complaining on Facebook, they have now blocked me from commenting on their Facebook Page. I'm assuming this "blocking" of negative comments happens to everyone who complains as Lux de Ville wants to hide their non compliance. Lux De Ville owes me a total of $92.54.
Although this seems like a small amount of money, but when converted to South African Rands, it becomes a substantial amount. Not only has this been a problem, the whole ordeal was handled unprofessionally and in the end, it seems plain to me that they have NO intention of refunding me.
