Jennifer Arn of Sandar Golden Retrievers is a breeder of golden retrievers located in Tehachapi California. She represented that she would send me proper AKC papers for my dog purchased in July. I have contacted her at least 11 times with request for the documentation for my dog. She has refused to answer my complaints or provide the promised papers. Nice dog... Very bad breeder.
