Tungsten direct - wost customer services ever - out $200

I received my ring and found that it was too large for my now husband's finger. I completed the required form and sent the product back, as per the instructions provided by Tungsten Direct. This was over a month and a half ago. Several phone messages and emails later, i cannot get a response with the company. I am at a loss as to what to do, and having spent my ring budget, we cannot get my husband a new ring.
