My soon to be wife purchased a ring from them. It was shipped and turned out to be a size to big based off there recommendations. Sent it back per their directions. Now after repeated calls and emails have still not heard back from them. I have a devasted soon to be wife as she has no ring to put on my finger at our wedding this coming friday and no money to purchase a new one. This is not how a business should do business.
