Collection Agency Harassing phone calls 2-3 times a day for someone who doesn't live with me!

I have been being harrassed by Allied Interstate for over 1 year. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM! They are now calling 2-3 times aday, 7 days a week! All they leave is that stupid 800-701-2363 number and when I call it's for a guy who has the same last name as me.

I tell them to quit calling me, and they give me an attitude saying that the guy has 7 collection cases open. NOT MY GOD DAMN PROBLEM!

I've gotten stupid machine voice message from Mark Lawrence, Tim Young and so many others!

I'm beginning my research and it looks like they have many locations in the US with the same number!

I'm getting and lawyer and contacting the phone company. This is f&ing bull! They have no right after I tell them to stop calling me to continue!
