officer of the court. Dont let the stationary fool you.
Patience Bristol was assigned by the Las Vegas family court to act as a guardian for my Uncle who was diagnosed with
Alzheimers disease in 2010. Under the guardian ship of Bristol he was ripped off for over $300,000. My Uncle John
Morrell was a person who liked people. He taught for 35 years in Denver Colorado. When he retired Uncle John
bought a home in Henderson Nevada. That was the biggest mistake of his life. When his wife passed away, John
Morrells spirit declined. He stopped caring about life. The next thing we knew was a lady named Patience Bristol
took over his life. She started by becoming Johns friend with her sweet disposition. Patience invited him to meals with her son and male friend.
Soon John told us he needed a guardian and Patience Bristol said she would help him. Patience began by cutting Uncle John off from his family. We learned from a Neighbor across the street Patience Bristol put John Morrells home up for sale. The buyer of the property was Jared Shafer. County records showed the home was purchased 25% below the market value. Unfortunately the home was sold at a 10% profit before we could act to stop the sale.
Uncle John was placed in a retirement home. Patience Bristol left strict orders no family member was to be allowed
to contact him.
Six months passed and on May we learned John died of dehydration.
When the accounting for the estate was completed, Johns coin collection, which was valued well over $300,000 of
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation gold coins was missing.
My brother and I confronted Patience Bristol about the missing coins. Patience Bristol was very rude and arrogant.
She said You have to prove a coin collection ever existed and if you cant, go pound sand. Patience went on to say you stupid out of state beneficiary families are all alike. Jared Shafer and me will treat you like the scum you are. We were shocked at the attitude displayed by Patience Bristol. I smelled alcohol on her breath and it wouldnt be stretching the truth to write she had been drinking.
Our family began investigating Patience Bristol. We learned that Patience has been working for Jared Shafer since 2002. Patience hooked up with Jared Shafer when Shafer was the public guardian for Clark County.
Since opening their company, Professional Fiduciary Services of Nevada, Bristol and Shafer have been engaged in fraud, theft and kidnapping of seniors for profit.
After Uncle Johns estate closed Patience Bristol made two trips to the Cook Islands in early 2012. The Las Vegas media has reported about other well known crime figures opening bank accounts on this South Pacific island paradise.
Patience Bristol has been buying new clothes and dining in expensive restaurants. I am wondering where she is getting the money for her life style?
Patience got divorced in 2009 and associates close to her told us the divorce was caused by her husband Mike strong
opposition to the way Bristol and Shafer treated senior citizens who needed help.
It was also revealed Patience and Jared Shafer had a major falling out in 2011. Patience posted a rip off report about the criminal practices of Jared Shafer. Following the publication of the Shafer rip off report, Jared Shafer hired Patience Bristol back at a substantial raise. Patience is now bragging to her friends Mr. Shafer is attempting to set her up in her own private guardian ship company. She plans to inherit Jared Shafers connections.
When this new company becomes active more information will be revealed.
Patience Bristol by working for Jared Shafer plans to continue the legacy of robbing seniors under the disguise of court appointed guardian ships. Patience Bristol has found an occupation where she can make at least $1000 per day and only work 4 hours per day for the ill gotten gains. Nice work if your conscience can handle it?
It is very obvious Ms. Bristol is consciously challenged. Stealing from a senior is as easy for her as it might be for anyone else to breathe air. Bristol you are a person with no feelings. Your husband left you and if you continue to live your life in this way, you will die alone. Your own family has told you on many occasions to stop working for Jared Shafer, but you refuse to listen. Your path appears to be promising now, but only time will reveal what your future holds.
