My mom didnt need a guardian. She got one because she lived in Las Vegas and was unable to walk. Clark Countys Elder Protective Services convinced my brother to allow a monster named Patience Bristol to become her guardian. Patience Bristol from the first day of acting as guardian for my mother was very cruel. She stopped mothers family and friends from visiting, forced mom out of her home, and put her into a horrible facility. Family members protested, but Patience said my boss Jared Shafer has the family court in his pocket, cross me and your mother is one dead old lady. Patience went on to say Jared Shafer loves to punish families who will not cooperate.
My sister and two of mothers relatives hired an attorney to oppose Patience Bristol. Patience retaliated by having our mother treated harshly in the place Patience assigned her.
We lost in family court in a hearing, which was more like a three ringed circus. Commissioner Jon Norheim continued to joke with Patience by asking her to date his friend. Commissioner Norheim asked if Patience could come to court with a shorter skirt. Patience laughed and the entire proceeding was treated as if the gang was attending a party. Everyone was invited except our group. Mother died of malnutrition. A private investigator said he believe my mom was used in a black market medical experiment directed by Patience Bristol. Mom was forced to take drugs, which were not approved for use in the United States.
We hired a very good private investigator to look into the lives of these senior killers. We found that Patience was arrested twice in Los Angeles for prostitution, Jared Shafer had court cases sealed because of child molestation, Jon Norheim was a lawyer for organized crime, and judge Charles Hoskin was known for taking bribes.in fact the investigator learned Patience Bristol farmed out her son to Jared Shafer for molestation so Patience Bristol could keep her job and be allowed to steal from seniors.
The detective learned about Jared Shafers federal court case where he settled on a fine of $20,000 for the sale of unlicensed securities, which went bankrupt bilking investors out of hundreds of thousands. Anyone else admitting to this crime would have been sent to prison, but Mr. Shafer is allowed to continue harming seniors under the color of his bogus guardian authority.
The Las Vegas police have been ordered by those who run the town to turn a blind eye to all activities of this group. The investigator engaged Jared Shafer in a conversation after Shafer had been drinking. Mr. Shafer said the system pays me very well to kill off these useless seniors.in fact they are better off dead.

Seniors, children, and those who want to fight for their rights are being crushed under this horrible system of corruption, bribes, and child molestation.
