They seemed really nice, until I wanted the unit canceled. Than I received rude phone calls. They also sent me emails with random outrageous charges when my lease had not even expired. They are harassing me. They are threatening to charge my card without permission. Very disrespectful. They will not explain the added charges. They keep asking me to sign paperwork they cannot explain. With me not signing the paperwork they keep charging my card to the point that I had it canceled.
