This company is the worst wireless service company ever! Each time we have an issue; we call the customer service number and receive absolutely no solutions. We know that the representatives are reading scripts but do not actually solve any issues. I understand if perhaps Net10 was just more honest about how they help people, but you lie and put us on hold for many hours at a time. And I know because Ive been placed on hold, and Ive made attempts for at least 4 days.
I will report this company as terrible, horrible, annoying, inconsiderate, useless, and unprofessional company. And that JD Powers and Associates award is hogwash and was paid for in order to put that sticker on the boxes. This company is very terribledont kid yourself! And yes I will be placing my opinion on every site to make sure that no customer suffers from this heinous company. They just steal money with selling those SIM cardswith no worth to it. You guys are full of it. My question iswhere is the President of this company and why isnt he taking care of this?
