I have ordered a trench coat and when I recieved the item it was a totally different product of a very poor quality. I have tried to reach a resolution with the seller but I was only offered half of the money that I paid off. He wanted me to ship back in order to get a full refund but I could not trust him since I feel I was ripped off. I am writing this report so that other customers will not fall into this trap and loose money.
